Day 6: Wandering and Wine – our last day in Bologna

Our last full day in Bologna has been a beautiful clear and sunny day. We heard about a small French Christmas market and made it our goal to find.

Before we made it to the market we saw a Sign for a Medieval Museum and decided to check it out.

Check out the high heels on the left…the wearer needed two servants to help her walk while she wore them 😎

After the the museum we were able to locate the market. Although we are in Italy the French food was perfect for a cold day. We chose the Tartiflette and the beef bourguignon were both tasty and warmed us up.

We asked for a recommendation for pizza and Antonio sent us to a local place that was a fun experience. This was definitely a placed that those who lived here frequented. Our very limited Italian gave us some very tasty food.

Our pizza chef!
Climb one of these?  I don’t think so.
